QJ(D/S)RB精小型氣動保溫O型切斷球閥是由阿斯塔氣動活塞式執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和夾層整體鑄造閥體組成。閥芯為全球圓柱通孔球體。
該產(chǎn)品閥座設(shè)計(jì)成具有像彈簧一樣的回彈作用而形成雙撓性閥座，確保了球體密封的可靠性。同時(shí)介質(zhì)壓力與上游端撓性結(jié)構(gòu)的回彈力又增加了下游端閥座的密封。撓性結(jié)構(gòu)又自動補(bǔ)償閥座的磨損及溫度和壓力變化，提高了使用壽命。
該產(chǎn)品具有易拆裝維修、外形整潔、體積小巧、保溫效果好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。能廣泛應(yīng)用于易結(jié)晶及粘稠的流體，并能滿足各種需要保溫介質(zhì)的場合。如含蠟質(zhì)、瀝青較多的石油等被控介質(zhì)，防止介質(zhì)的結(jié)晶，確保自控系統(tǒng)高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
